We process the data you voluntarily provide when you download resources, subscribe, or contact us:
- Mandatory: name and email address.
- Optional: company, job title or role, and phone number.
- Basic technical browsing data (e.g., when you use the site).
3. Why we use it
- To send or give you access to the resource you have requested (e.g., the downloadable manual).
- To respond to your enquiries and manage our relationship with you.
- If you give your express consent, to send you Kupu communications and insights by email.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you provide by ticking the relevant boxes, and Kupu's legitimate interest in responding to your enquiries. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to its withdrawal.

We keep your data for as long as our relationship lasts or until you request its deletion or withdraw your consent. Afterwards it will be kept blocked for the applicable legal periods and then securely deleted.
6. Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. To provide the service we rely on providers acting as data processors:
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) — contact management and email communications.
- Hostinger — website hosting.
These providers process the data in accordance with their data processing agreements and applicable law. Any international transfers will be carried out with the appropriate safeguards provided for under the GDPR.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability by writing to hola@kupugrowth.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations.
